Aqua Uno Capacitor

Does anyone know if the large cap in the Aqua Uno is a Startup Cap or a Run Cap?

I would say it's a run capacitor

With it being 8uF I was thinking the same Chris.

Just so happens I have an RO on the bench that has been reported as noisy.  I'm going to change the cap first and see if it improves things
