News update,interesting development if I'm reading it correctly they have got to allow other companies the ability to design and market the NxStage bloodlines :

"The approval came with a caveat that the companies divest their assets and rights to research, develop, manufacture, market and sell NxStage’s bloodline tubing sets intended for use during hemodialysis treatment."

That could be interesting.  Maybe the price per treatment fill fall if a 3rd party sets up?
