NIKKISO TFD205 Dialysate pressure test failed

Hi everybody,
i need help on a Nikkiso DBB-05 machine that failed the dialysate pressure sensor test at start up.
The PT2 and PT3 seemed to working good.Also the SV8 valve also worked fine.
Can someone help me please.

Try the dialyser connector o'rings and the o'rings on the dialyser connector housing.

PT2 and PT3 are on seperate sides of the dialyser. I've seen bits of rubber gloves in there from the nurses.

Good morning,
I've swapped the o'rings on the dialyser connector. The error disappeared.  But now the machine displayed TFD223 SV4leak test failed..

Strip and check SV4 for debris. You can SLIGHTLY stretch the spring to make the closing more positive. Or replace SV4.

I've changed the SV4 by another one .Also changed SV5 and SV41 -CV41.The problem still remains..

What message are you getting? Have you checked the in-line dialysate filter for cracks?

I have replaced the in-line dialysis filter. Now it's Ok. There's a leakage on the dialysis filter.Thanks to all
