Just ran a wee experiment and I'm dubious of my observed data.   I ran a 6008 in heat disinfect, simulated treatment for 3 hrs and then a Heat Disinfect again.   Total power consumption came to <3 kWh which at an average estimated rate of 26p/kWh would cost less than £1 for entire treatment cycle.   This does not look right and I'd be interested is finding out anyone's observations.

Hi Gerry,
Sounds close to me. We have a calculator to reimburse home patients for energy and water. Uses some measured and calculated values usually rounded up in the calculator. Only 1 heat in the calculation I think.
Here is a screenshot showing just the 5008S calculation not inc. the RO. Should be very close to the 6008. Hope its not too incomprehensible.
