We have had several machines shutting themselves off during treatment.

Has anyone had similar problems?

If you search the internet for MDA/2019/037 it will bring up link to MHRA document, possibly covering what you are experiencing.  Baxter are scheduling visits to upgrade though sites with existing service contracts are being addressed first.
