Water Sample Experiment

When we test our plants in November the first sample we are going to take will be from an unsterilized port.

We plan to simply run off arouned a litre and then take the sample - no alcohol sprays etc...

With the second sample we will disinfect the port as usual, run off our usual amount and then take the sample as normal.

Lets see if the results actually come back any different.

What do you think will happen??

I predict no significant difference in result if you flush a litre off before taking the sample.
